Steel City Spaces was founded on the principles of integrity with our partners. We aim to create profitable long-term relationships with our investors. While we love real estate, and honestly we do not mind making money, we value long term relationships over making a few extra dollars on a deal. We aim for individuals to earn above average returns. Steel City Spaces only profits from real estate if our partners do the same. We invest with our investors on every deal. Steel City Spaces usually contributes between 10% and 60% of the capital required for a deal. Our business model allows the highest degree of aligned interests possible, as we enable investors to purchase or debt finance(act as the bank) income properties with us.
Our strategies consist of earning great returns without speculation. Pittsburgh has excellent rent to value, which allows us to make consistent returns without the real estate market appreciating. In fact, when we initially analyze a deal, we so do so with the assumption the property will not appreciate. The income properties we purchase generate income month after month and will perform during all parts of the real estate cycle. We focus on long term wealth while positioning our Company to thrive in all market conditions.
